The 10th anniversary of the founding of the East Coast Doughboys is here. We will be celebrating in November at the annual New York City Veterans Day parade on Nov. 11. We also have a dinner the evening before, hosted by the Marines in our group. Here is the parade information. If you want to attend, you can RSVP here.
We will rally in the morning on 11 November at 1100 to be together. The parade is stepping off later this year.
Rally point: 729 Sixth Avenue, New York, NY 10010. (At West 24th Street; same spot as 2025). We will have time to review Manual of Arms and gear check. If you are rusty come early!
Parade steps off at 12:30 p.m. but we do not step off until later. So be at rally point by 11:00 a.m. We will rehearse the Manual of Arms and have an equipment check.
We should continue to have a good showing to remember the Great War.
As in previous years, please remember this is a parade, not a GWA trench event, so your uniform & equipment must be clean.
